On with the Test...

The Mascara Guard.

The first one I got, was this little white one.

It did the job for the moment.. it was a bit awkward to use. It's similar to using a business card.
It's just one step better then the card method since it has the shape of the eye.
Unfortunately it was awkward to use.

It does the job. You have to get use to it. I poked my eye a couple of times. So you can't be doing this if you're running out of the house.
Also, because of the ridges it clumped my lashes together so . Boooooo :(


The Full Mascara Guard.
The second one I got is a lot better!!!! and ALOT cheaper! 2 buku bucks at Daiso.


Here you can see it's a lot easier to use and not awkward at all. PLUS, not only does it help to keep mascara from ruining your shadow you just applied but it helps out by giving you that extra space to comb out your lashes and extending them as far as possible!!

As you can tell with this one the lashes are nice and full and not clumpy at all.


So over all, I would not waste my money on the little white one.
But the Full mascara guard I would purchase again. ^-^

So this past weekend we hit up a Warriors game.


The game was cool and they beat some arse....
The one thing that was annoying as hell was that this one guy behind us kept yelling this stupid ass crap and was just annoying as F*7K I swear I wanted to bash him in the head so he would shut the F-up! Arhhhh .....But other then that the game was fun.. HAHHAHHAHAHHA!!!!!

I also got to kick it with the fam.. we went to japan town to grab lunch so I made my way to the Ichi Ban store... hehehe also, on the way back I hit the Daiso store, and SCORED!!!!! they had the mascara guard!! YES!!!


This thing is aweeeeesoooome... I like this better then the one I got a couple of months ago. It's way easier then the little white one. I'll do a proper review later this week.

I also got this twisty containers to put my pigments in.


OH! and I got this BCBG shoe on sale!!!!! HIGH FIVE!!! at nordstorm rack!! SCORE!!! I have the red ones and they are supper comfy...

I also got this face mask.... hope it works..

I love this scrub.... I leave this one in the shower, and use it all over as a body scrub. It leaves my face and body so soft... ^-^

Off to school I go....I still have to see if I can add this Bio class tonight...... blah....

My Weekend and Yay... my Katie B. order arrived!!!

So my weekend started pretty chill.



I went to a friends daughter's birthday lunch and movie party.


Had lunch at the Texas Roadhouse.


And yummmmmm.... I love their bread. I could eat that all day!!!


Their food is really yummy too.


I forgot my camera so I really was bummed, I couldn't take any pictures to share with you all.


After lunch we watched the unborn.




This movie was ok... a rental or sure. It wasn't that scary. It did have it's creepy moments.
The story line was scary though. To think that something in the past can continuing to manifest it's self, I that way...spooky. hhahaha

After that we just headed over to that mall and I got a couple of thing which I will post in a later blog, cuz I don't have the pictures with me. (i'm at work right now... shhhhh) ^-^
Then off to our little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. They make the best pork fried rice!!!! Yumm!!

This is my hubby being a retarded playing around waiting for our take out order.


While I was in the car... I noticed that my little doll lost her shoe....where the heck did it go???

The next day I received my order from Katie B.
I was running out of my eye liner. And this stuff is the Shitz..glides on so smooth!!

I was also running out of my favorite mascara... this stuff is the BOMB!!!!!! I had to order two!!!
She changed the packaging... it's purple now... so cute!

Still a tear jerker.... sigh...

This is one of my all time FAVORITE love story.

I had forgotten how much of a tear jerker the notebook was.
I was straight ball'n last nite...

The love and ache you can have for someone .... it can be so overwhelming.

I know some people say that you will never forget your first love, but you just simply have to move on.
But can a love so pure ever be duplicated?

I remember years after my first love and I had broken up, we met up for coffee to catch up on old times. I still felt these butterfly in my tummy and my heart would pound so loud I thought it would jump straight out of my chest. I didn't want to leave the coffee shop.
After a week of feeling that he will always be the ONE and no one could ever fill that spot he left in my heart, I called him to pour out my heart.....
But, I guess he was in the real and I was still living in the past. He was sweet enough to listen and still be a friend.
I can sense he smiled before he said these words..."Gladys I really care about you...as a friend now. You're not in love with me... you're in love with the idea of what we had."
These words will forever haunt my heart.
Can it be that simple??? be in love with an idea?
After all these years soon after he said those words, I felt I had closure.
But, when I watch love stories, he is still the one I ache for and wonder.
I wonder if maybe it's because he will always be the one that stole my heart.
Love of innocence.


Don't get me wrong, I love my husband.. and I could not picture my life without him.
But, those who have loved and lost and fallen back inlove...it's never then same.
We grow up and the scares and dents that your heart endures can make you put up walls to protect it because you don't want be hurt again. Our own walls are the things that stop the butterflies.
I wish I could fully let the walls down. But brick, by brick.. I'm slowly getting there.

I must be in a bad mood and the following events didn't make it any easier.
I also have a slight headache as it is..
We went to Pleasanton to a little book store



I bought this book. I have made scarfs and blankets, but I figured I needed to try and learn a different stitch. Happy Hooker.. HAHAHAH Plus I loved the name...


Anyways, while I was purchasing this, the lady cough on it a couple of time... arh... that made my tummy turn. I was really close to not buying the book and making a scene.... but, i was like arh... I'll just gave to clean it when I get home.

Then we look down the street to look for food, so we decided to hit this spot.. Dean's


I guess they are suppose to specialize in Omelets, they had 3 pages on omelets...but i was not in that mood for eggs so I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich... now the only reason I ordered this was because, on the menu, it said that some of their food was made fresh so to be patient... so I figured, good this might be fresh chicken, i don't mind waiting.
BIG mistake... my fault.. Never assume!!!! I should have asked if this was fresh.
Nope this thing was GROSSS!!!!!!!!!!!
I think it was froozen processed chicken, GROSSS... Blah...
This is exactly how I left me plate.


Also the fact that the guy cleaning the table behind me was coughing up a lung as well, all over the table as he put silverware on the napkins.....was making me wanna vomit.

Arh.....

Happy 2009!!!

How was everyone's New Year Day??

Last night(new years eve) we took it easy and chilled at home. I was trying to get the motivation to start cleaning out the place and get organized, but I just didn't know where to start and since I have a small case of A.D.D. my brain was starting to wonder off until I saw the box of change we have collected shining from the corner of my eye. Then the little light went off!!!(bing) and I decided I should start rolling up the change. HAHHAHA ^-^




I got to the point where I finished one box, but ran out of the paper rolls, so I stopped and put it away.


Then.. I spotted my Sudoku book. I had bought it to take on my trip to Hawaii for the 5 hour flight but forgot it at home.. hahah (loser I know) ^-^
I played with that until midnight. I worked on it for two hours and I still didn't finish it!! ARHHH.. My brain isn't working properly. I vow to do one or two of these everyday to sharpen my noddle.


After our midnight kiss.. off we went to bed... we must be getting old. It was a struggle to stay up!!

Today, the first day of January 2009, we chilled at home, and hitting the horse race.
